Who are we?

 

ABC Tickets is an independent ticket agency not affiliated with any box offices, promoters, Ticket master or Tickets.com.  We are licensed in the state of New Jersey, ticket broker license: TK0000900.  We are located in Cherry Hill, NJ just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Our Store hours are 9AM to 5:30PM EST Monday thru Friday, and 10AM to 1:00PM EST on Saturday afternoons.  We provide a service for people who want to see their favorite band or show for the below reasons:

1.    People are unable to obtain seats for their favorite band because the event is sold out.

2.    People want their seats to be 100% guaranteed, and want to deal with customer service representatives who can let them pick their seats, rather than choose "best available" and not even know what seat locations they are getting.

3.    People want to know the exact price of their seats, rather then seeing service charges and convenience charges tacked on at the end of their order by many online and phone ticket suppliers who add substantial service fees at checkout.

4.    Finally, People just want premium seating to some of the best events across the United States, Canada and Internationally!

 

What is a ticket broker?

 

A ticket broker is a business or licensed individual who buys tickets from various wholesalers and other sources and then resells these tickets at an increased price to reflect obtaining costs.  There is a huge disparity between a ticket broker and a scalper.  Here are some of the differences below:

  • If an event is cancelled a person can get an in store credit or a refund of the face value.
  • Brokers as opposed to scalpers maintain a office where they can be reached during normal business hours, our office is accessible to the public, clean and really nice, come by sometime!
  • We guarantee that our tickets are not counterfeit and seat locations are correct (obstructions and limited view will be made known prominently). If in the very very small chance tickets are found to be counterfeit your money will be fully refunded!
  • We Maintain a good customer relationship with our clients and accept all forms of payment including all major credit cards, cash at our location, money orders, checks and certified checks after clearing our bank. We also offer our customers special discounts online and offline, ask about our specials!

Why do ticket brokers buy tickets and sell them for more?

 

Because we think everyone should have access to concerts, theatre, and sports tickets  Of course, we make money on the tickets that we sell, but most of the time we pay well over the face value on tickets ourselves.   In addition, we work long and hard hours to obtain great tickets to extremely popular events , so premium ticket prices are reflected also in the effort we put in.  And Without ticket brokers only people with inside connections, who wait in line for days, and in the case of sports: season ticket holders could get great concert, sports and theatre tickets! We don't think that should be the case; everyone should have access to great tickets and sit where they want.

 

The event I am interested in is tomorrow 

 

If the event you are interested in is taking place the next day and you are ordering online after 5PM we will probably not be able to send the tickets out using Federal Express, however we may be able to arrange some sort of a will call or pick up arrangement  for the same cost as the shipping or somewhat more (it may be substantially more for a hand delivery).

 

The event I am interested in is today

 

If the event you are ordering online is the same day, of course we will not be able to send the tickets via Federal Express, so the same rules apply as the above listing on events taking place the next day.  However for some events, it may not be physically possible for us to get the tickets to you in time, even if your credit card has been processed quickly and without any problems.  If this is the case we are sorry and of course if your credit card has been charged we will refund it 100% no questions asked!  The best thing to do for a same day event would be to call us at 800-355-5555, and try to arrange ticket pickup, will call or hand delivery as soon as possible.

 

The event I am attending was cancelled, can I obtain a full refund?

 

If you have ordered tickets for an event and the event was cancelled, a full in store credit will be issued if and when you return the actual tickets to ABC Tickets (38 Haddonfield rd. address).  After receipt of the tickets, you will be given the in store credit and then you may buy tickets of the same or lesser value for a future event.

We also offer a second option of a refund of the full face value on the tickets unless your purchase price was less then face value, then we will give a full refund less the shipping.

 

Once I place an order, are my exact seat locations guaranteed?

 

After a representative has received your order, they will make sure that your tickets have not been sold to someone else.  If the tickets were not sold then your order is guaranteed and the tickets will be shipped out as soon as possible.  If for whatever reason the tickets you have ordered have become unavailable, your credit card WILL NOT be charged and we will give you the choice as the consumer to purchase similar tickets.  In other words, if your tickets are still available, then your order is 100% guaranteed.  

 

Why can't I order my tickets via Standard Mail or priority mail etc...

 

We do not ship tickets via standard mail or priority mail because we want to be able to make sure that your tickets arrive safely.  Fedex does this better by:

 

  • guaranteeing next day delivery, or premium charges for Saturday and morning deliveries
  • sending us a tracking number for every ticket package we've sent, so that we may better assist you in making sure your tickets are not stolen, harmed, or left at the wrong address. This tracking number is trackable throughout the delivery process, something the US postal service does not fully comply with.

 

In no way is ABC Tickets affiliated with any charity, fundraising organization or political party associated with any concert or other event tour. We feel that selling tickets to these events on our web site will raise legal/moral/political questions and we've decided to disassociate ourselves from any event funding or supporting such causes. You may see some tickets listed on our web site for charity concerts or The Vote for Change tour because of the various wholesalers and other agencies posting tickets to our site.  However if you place an order for a charity or benefit concert, we will have to cancel your ticket order. Other legal ticketing facts (not very exciting)

There has been some recent legal debate on "speculation" or "spec" tickets. If ABC tickets unknowingly lists/sells speculation seats (ex. one of our wholesalers posts speculation tickets on our web site and the tickets are showing). ABC tickets will have to make a decision whether or not these speculation tickets are legal and if in fact we can 100% fill a customers order with non-speculation tickets when they become available. In other words, ABC tickets cannot be responsible in policing a data feed that contains literally millions of items and just because we list millions of items on our web site doesn't mean we should be held responsible for some of these items being so called speculation tickets, unless a representative confirms the order with the customer and said item is proven to be a legal product at the time of confirmation. Also, New York state law has recently changed and we can sell New York tickets to New York residents. In the State of New Jersey  - we can only sell tickets at 50% above obtaining costs, so if we obtain a ticket for $50, we may sell that ticket at no greater then $75 (**obtaining cost does not equal face value, sometimes our obtaining cost is above face value, a commonly misunderstood fact..).  In no way do we represent  the NCAA, Grammy's, Emmy's, Tony awards, MTV Music Awards, Final Four, Super Bowl, or any other event or organization.  We use those terms and any other terms for factual descriptions only  Any trademarks or pictures, quotes etc....used on our web site are property of their respective organization(s) and we are not authorized or associated with ANY of said companies, organizations or teams.
