| Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim Baseball Ticket info The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are the west coast's big budget team and their roster shows it. Fans buying Angels tickets will see a star studded team take the field, and most likely win the game. World Series Champions in 2002, the Angels have won their division and returned to the playoffs for the last two years. They beat the

Why you Want Angels Tickets
2006 was a year of broken records for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. It was
the teams third straight season with a winning record, the first time ever in
their franchise. Frankie Rodriguez became the youngest closer to get 100 career
saves, and also broke his franchise record with 47 saves. Chone Figgins came in
second for number of stolen bases and Jared Weaver tied for the most wins at the
start of a career in the American League.
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim tickets are in hot demand and fans come to the
Angel Stadium of Anaheim to see what records their team will be breaking this
year. Already the Angels have trounced the Rangers in a stunning three game
sweep. Some fans of the game were surprised at the wins and had an unusual
reaction to it. Several Internet blogs have accused the team, Francisco
Rodriguez in particular, of doctoring baseballs to win the game. After
questioning Rodriguez, the substance seemed to be a resin, a perfectly legal
substance that many pitchers and batters us to maintain their grip on their
equipment.
Angels Ticket Holders See the Start of a Great Year
The Angels managed the win despite several shake ups to their line up including
the loss of Shea Hillenbrand, with a groin injury, and the return of Bartolo
Colon. Colon spent most of last season on the disabled list with a tear in his
rotator cuff. Thing looked good as Colon returned to the pitchers mound. In his
first game back, Colon threw sixty-one pitches against 15 batters.

Also back in the game is Jered Weaver who has returned after being off the
rotation due to tendonitis of his biceps. His first game back will be against
the Boston Red Sox, whose newest pitcher is proving to be worth every penny they
spent to acquire him. During the game Gary Matthews, Jr. will be wearing the
numbers 42 in honor of Jackie Robinson Day, a day where players and fans pay
homage to the man who broke down the color barrier in baseball. Los Angeles
Angels of Anaheim tickets are in high demand for the April 15th game.
New York Yankees in the divisional series last year and accounted for the only post season win against the World Champion
Chicago White Sox, who swept all their other postseason opponents last year. With most of the team returning, they are once again reloaded and ready to compete. The backbone of the
Anaheim Angels has become their high priced all-stars, none bigger than Vladimir Guerrero. The right fielder is a monster of a hitter, able to hit with power anywhere in or sometimes out of the strike zone, and shows defensive prowess as well. Left fielder Garrett Anderson and Darin Erstad who will probably be playing center this year will again join Guerrero in the outfield at Angel Stadium. Much of the infield will also be returning as first baseman Corey Kotchman is expected to earn a starting spot in the infield along with Adam Kennedy, Orlando Cabrera, and Chone Figgins. While catcher Bengie Molina is probably going to sign elsewhere before the start of the season, his brother Jose Molina remains. Though the team had been looking for more power in the line-up, Juan Rivera returns as the designated hitter. Not to be forgotten is Los Angeles' stellar pitching staff led by ace Bartolo Colon. Joining Colon in the rotation is rising star John Lackey, Ervin Santana, Kelvim Escobar, and Hector Carrasco who was signed to fill the place of Paul Byrd. Francisco Rodriguez returns as the team's lights out closer, backed up once again by Scot Shields, Brendan Donnelly, and Esteban Yan in the bullpen. The
L.A. Angels have a great mix of players, almost all of whom are returning from last year's division championship team.
California Angels tickets will once again be a commodity as the team tries to make it three pennants in a row, en route to another World Series Championship.
