Joe Paterno has been at the helm of Penn State for 40 years and has a record of 353-117-3. Paterno has guided his teams to 20 bowl game wins, tops in college history. Bobby Bowden has been a head coach for 40 years with 30 of those seasons spent at Florida State. He has a winning record of 359-106-4 and is second to Paterno with 19 bowl wins. After a few lean years, Paterno has Penn State back in the upper echelon of college football with a #3 ranking.
