2008 Tennessee Titans Tickets
Is this the year Tennessee Titans tickets emerge from mediocrity and develop
into one of the most valuable football tickets in the NFL? 2008 Tennessee Titans
tickets certainly have the potential to produce a special season.
Quarterback Vince Young is now in his third year in the NFL and appears poised
for a breakout season. Despite battling injuries and inconsistent play from his
wide receivers, Young still managed to lead the Titans to the playoffs in 2007.
He was more consistent as a pocket passer, while still proving to be a dynamic
playmaker when scrambling. Unfortunately, Young suffered a leg injury toward the
end of the season that hampered him in the Titans' playoff loss to the San Diego
Chargers. But with an entire offseason to heal, Young will be itching to get
back on the field at The Coliseum. Young will have help on offense, including
the return of promising young running back Lendale White. In his second full
season out of USC, White quietly rushed more than 1,100 yards and scored a
team-high seven touchdowns. But White can't afford to rest on what he did last
year, because it clearly wasn't enough for the Titans.
With their first-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Titans selected the
explosive Chris Johnson, a shifty running back out of East Carolina. Johnson
will provide a great change-of-pace for the Titans. He's much more of a slasher
than White, who prefers to pound away at the defense's gut. If the
thunder-and-lightning combination of White and Johnson produces a steady and
consistent running attack, Tennessee Titans ticket holders could be in store for
a deep playoff run. Young will benefit the most from an improved Titans' running
game. His completion percentage skyrocketed to better than 62 percent last
season, but the big plays were not there and interceptions piled up. Young
finished with 17 interceptions to only nine touchdowns, a ratio that no
quarterback would be pleased with. But you kind of get the idea that Young's
stats are never going to be eye-popping. He's simply a winner, a manager of the
football game that can put the team on his shoulders when needed. Who doesn't
remember Young's performance in the Rose Bowl against USC? He was simply
magnificent. In 2008, NFL fans with Tennessee Titans tickets are hoping Young
reproduces some of that magic. He's got a better surrounding cast and one of the
top coaches in the NFL. So there doesn't appear to be any reason not to invest
in 2008 Tennessee Titans tickets.

Tennessee Titans Tickets:10 Reasons to Score
1) Titans Tickets are Hot - Tennessee Titans tickets were the path to
enlightenment by the end of the 2006 NFL season. The Titans struggled early but
by the time the snows began to fall they were steaming. The Titans finished with
six victories in their last seven games and came within a breath of spawning NFL
Playoff tickets.
2) Top Notch Football - Three of those wins came over playoff bound teams,
including a 20-17 win over the eventual Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts.
The Titans proved they were the real thing.
3) Vince Young: Vince Young got thrown into the fray early in the season. By the
time the dust settled he was one of the most exciting players in the NFL. Young
beat teams with both his arm (2,199 yards) and his legs (552 yards). After
starting 13 games in his rookie season, Young has a lock on the job.
4) Chris Henry: The Titans dumped Travis Henry and went with Chris Henry. The
rookie running back from Arizona gives the Titans fresh legs at a crucial
position. Henry may have been the most impressive tailback at the combine.
5) Paul Williams/Chris Davis: Titans ticket holders suffered through some
mediocre performances from their wide receivers. During the offseason, Tennessee
dumped Drew Bennett and Bobby Wade, their top receivers from last year. Looking
for youth and speed the Titans nabbed Fresno State’s Paul Williams and Chris
Davis of Florida State. Interesting move. Will it pay off? Get Titans tickets
and see.
6) The 2007 Tennessee Titans Schedule: Here’s where Titans tickets shine. For
football purists the Titans schedule includes looks at some of the NFL’s best
teams. Who’s coming to LP Field? What’s the best Titans tickets? Well there’s …
7) Colts- Titans Tickets: Don’t expect Peyton Manning and the Colts to be in a
good mood after winning the Super Bowl. The Titans kicked their butts at LP
Field last season. They’ll try and return the favor in Game 2 Sept. 16th.
8) Jaguars-Titans Tickets: The Jaguars could make a move in the AFC South in
2006 if Byron Leftwich can return to for. There’s also Maurice Jones-Drew to
contend with for the Titans.
9) Chargers-Titans Tickets: The Chargers are back with a new coach. Martyball is
out the window. If the Titans expect to go anywhere in the postseason it will
have to be at the expense of the talented Chargers. Get a preview of the NFL
Playoffs on Dec. 9th at LP Field.
10) Titans Head Coach Jeff Fisher: After suffering through some lean years Jeff
Fisher is a better coach than he ever was. Fisher will have the Titans ready.
Tennessee Titans tickets are a must have when autumn comes to Nashville. But
recently the sighs of sorrow have carried across the I-40 exchange, as fans have
seen a once prominent franchise struggle to keep pace in an ever-evolving AFC.
The Titans mustered only three home victories to reward the loyal fans en route
to a 4-12 season. Head coach Jeff Fisher then faced tough decisions in the
off-season, decisions that needed to be addressed in the markets of free agency
and the drama of draft day. The answers came in the form of one of the highest
graded draft report cards handed out in 2006.
The first issue on the table for Titans brass was what to do with the third
overall pick in the draft. Reggie Bush had inexplicably fallen to second and
there was big talk of offering anything not bolted down in Nashville to trade
up. But this was not to be and gave Tennessee another choice, which QB to take.
6-foot-5, 228-pound Vince Young, the phenom from
Texas came across the stage and affectively ended Steve McNair’s tenure in
the Titans organization, while selling thousands of Tennessee Titans tickets.
Whether or not Young’s indescribable on-field talent can be translated to the
big stage of the NFL remains to be seen but fans in Tennessee see the future a
bit brighter. The Titans got another gem in the second round by snatching up
LenDale White out of USC. The 235-pound wrecking ball shared duties with Reggie
Bush and was slated to go in the first round until rumors of injuries were
confirmed in the off-season. Bouncing back from medical setbacks will allow
White to take a prominent role in an offense desperately seeking a charge.
Tennessee Titans tickets have been an NFL ticket to witness a scoring frenzy for
the past few seasons. The job of keeping that total down for the opposition will
fall again to pro-bowler Keith Bulluck. Bulluck is a hunter on the field with a
limitless motor. Last season he recorded 102 tackles, double the amount of the
player with the next most tackles on the Titans roster. So fans will see
established talent combined with phenomenal new talent in The Coliseum in
downtown Nashville, Tennessee in 2006. Any football aficionados would do well to
keep an eye on this squad primed for a turnaround at the season’s start.
THIS PAST WEEK'S TENNESEE TITANS TICKETS
TENNESEE TITANS (7-7) AT BUFFALO BILLS (7-7) TICKETS
1 p.m., Sunday
The Coliseum
Two of most surprising teams of the 2006 NFL season will collide Sunday, when J.P Losman and the surging Buffalo Bills head to Tennessee to take on Vince Young and the Titans. Little was expected out of either team this season, yet, 16 weeks into the season, both the Bills and Titans still have an outside shot at reaching the postseason.
Sunday’s showdown in Tennessee is basically a playoff game, with the loser falling out of contention for the playoffs.
Don’t be surprised if Vince Young pulls another victory out of his hat.

THIS PAST WEEK'S TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (10-1) AT TENNESSEE TITANS (4-7) TICKETS 1 p.m., Sunday The Coliseum
Vince Young and the Titans just keep getting better. Maybe not fast for Titans fans but the progress is evident. To win against Indy the Titans will have to slow down Payton Manning and the passing game. The best way to do that will be to let Vince Young and Taylor Henry attack the Colts where they’re weakest: Run Defense. Make no mistake, Indianapolis is not unbeatable. Yes it’s a long shot, but what better way for Vince Young to make his mark in the NFL?
Fantasy Football ticket to victory: Titans quarterback Vince Young is a dual threat and getting better every week.(Last week: Vince Young – 24 of 35, 249 yards, 2 TD’s, 10 rushes, 69 yards, 1 TD) Make sure to visit ABCTickets.com each week during the 2006 NFL season to see how we're doing with our predictions, our fantasy football tickets to victory and all the NFL football tickets you'll need for the upcoming weekend. PAST WEEK'S TENNESEE TITANS (6-4) TICKETS
NEW YORK GIANTS (6-4) at TENNESSEE TITANS (3-7) TICKETS
4:15 p.m., Sunday
The Coliseum
The Titans are on the rise. Led by quarterback Vince Young, the Titans stormed into Philadelphia and pulled off a stunning upset of the Eagles. Now, they’re focusing in on the Giants, who have a young gunslinger of their own in Eli Manning. The Giants enter Sunday’s game on a three-game slide. Most of the Giants’ woes have to due with injuries, and they’ll be missing seven starters on Sunday. Will Tennessee be able to pull off a second straight upset? Not on Sunday.
ABCTickets.com NFL Prediction: New York 28, Tennessee 21 (Last Week: 9-7/Season 91-54)

PAST WEEK'S TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS TENNESSEE TITANS (2-7) TICKETS AT PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 1 p.m., Sunday Lincoln Financial Field
The Titans faced Steve McNair last week and almost sent him home a loser. Almost is the key word here because it’s pretty descriptive of the Titans season. The Titans are almost competitive when they get everything clicking. The great hope for the Titans is that they can keep Jeff Fisher around after the season and that Vince Young keeps developing. Young is the real deal. He shows progress every week and is definitely the Titans QB of the future. He’ll have a chance to show how far he’s come when Tennessee takes the field at Lincoln Financial. The Titans show no signs of folding their tents despite their record. Philadelphia just ended a 3-game losing streak so they are a team that can be beaten.
Fantasy Football ticket to victory: Let’s go with Vince Young. The Eagles can be burned in the secondary and Young is also a running threat. (Last Week: Vince Young – 13 of 25, 211 yards, 8 rushed for 39 yards, 1 TD)

PAST WEEK'S TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS BALTIMORE RAVENS(6-2) AT TENNESSEE TITANS(2-6) TICKETS 1:00 p.m., Sunday The Coliseum
The Tennessee Titans fell to 2-6 with a 37-7 loss to Jacksonville last Sunday. Sooner or later it had to end. After back to back wins and a lot of raised hopes the Titans reverted to form against a good football team. Except Jacksonville really isn’t that good. Now they face the Ravens, a team with consecutive wins over New Orleans and Cincinnati. It’s probably not realistic to expect the Titans to beat Baltimore, bit the Ravens have been susceptible to a running quarterback and this game is worth seeing just to watch Vince Young as he develops.
Fantasy Football ticket to victory: Titans Quarterback Vince Young (Last Week: Vince Young – 15 of 36, 163 yards, 1 TD, rushed for 14 yards)

PAST WEEK'S TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS TENNESSEE TITANS (1-5) AT JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (2-4) TICKETS 1:00 p.m., Sunday Alltel Stadium
The Tennessee Titans have now become Vince Young’s team. The Texas quarterback has the Titans offense scoring when it has to and his athleticism keeps plays alive long after they should be over. But more importantly, Tennessee is starting to get some play from their defense, as evidenced by last weeks trouncing of Philadelphia. Can Young keep the ball rolling against Jacksonville? We think he’ll look good but the Jaguars should stop the streak at two.

PAST WEEK'S TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS
TENNESSEE TITANS (1-5) VS. HOUSTON TEXANS (2-4) TICKETS
1:00 p.m., Sunday
LP Field
The Titans got their first win of the season in an upset of the Washington Redskins in week 6, going into their bye on a positive note. Rookie QB and Rose Bowl superstar Vince Young has shown that he has the talent to succeed at the pro level game. Remember, the Titans only lost to Peyton Manning and the Colts by one point. Don't sleep on Tennessee. They can be a dangerous foe, and the Texans had better get ready for a fight when they ride into town. Both of these teams are coming off a win. Great ready for some great football in this AFC South divisional battle!

PAST WEEKS TENNESSEE TITANS TICKETS
Tennessee Titans at Miami Dolphins
1 p.m., Sunday
Dolphins Stadium
Tennessee Titans tickets just need a little kick start to get them going. The
Titans may get that with Vince Young. How long can Tennessee keep the phenom
under wraps? Young came off the bench to lead the Titans only scoring drive
against a Chargers defense determined to get a shutout last Sunday. The Dolphins
are struggling and desperate for a win. So are the Titans. Look for Tennessee to
pull out all the stops in Miami and that could include a talented young
quarterback taking the reins of a stagnant Titans offense.
Fantasy football ticket to victory: The Titans will rely heavily on running back
Chris Brown. (Last Week: Chris Brown – 6 carries for 9 yards)
